Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the Site is used. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool: it collects no cookies, stores no personal data, and does not track visitors across sites or devices. No IP addresses are stored.

The data we collect includes:

  • Page views and referrer sources
  • Custom events: Video Started, Video Watched (with duration), Form Submitted

Lawful basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Because no personal data or cookies are involved, this processing does not require a consent banner.

Contact form (Formspree)

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect: name, email address, position, organisation, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Lawful basis: Contract / pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) — you provide this data in order to enter into a potential business relationship with us.

3. Third-party processors

We share data with the following sub-processors:

Plausible Analytics OÜ

Registered in Estonia (EU). All data is processed and stored within the EU. No personal data is transferred.

US-based form processing service. Data transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

4. Data retention

  • Plausible analytics: Data is retained as aggregated statistics. No personal data is stored at any point.
  • Contact form submissions (Formspree): Retained in accordance with Formspree's retention policy. We will delete submissions upon request.
